About Us

Florence Foote is a native of France, who has lived in Southern California full time since 1992. Growing up in a small town in the outskirts of Paris, she moved to the U.S. and finished her education at U.C.L.A., where she was an Honors graduate, receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Literature. Fluent in Spanish, English and French, Florence has more than a decade of experience professionally managing the finances of several real estate companies, and in international real estate investment. Her preference is to act as a trusted real estate professional — offering her unique insight into the market and the business of real estate investing, without employing the hard sell tactics that are unfortunately not uncommon in real estate business. In contrast, Florence is solely interested in developing a long term relationship with her clientele — not simply “making a sale” and moving on to another client.
