- Evaluate your investment goals and locate properties that fit those specifications.
- Assist in viewing properties — accompany you on the showings, or preview the properties on your behalf to insure that the identified specifications are met.
- Research the selected properties to help you make an informed decision prior to making an offer to purchase the property that is appropriate for the particular property and marketplace.
- Research regarding known sellers (such as banks) other deals to know what kind of deals they are accepting TODAY.
- Communicate your offer to the seller’s agent on your behalf with appropriate evidence for why the deal makes sense for the seller.
- Negotiate on your behalf to help obtain the targeted investment at the BEST PRICE possible – keeping your best interests in mind at ALL times!
